A foundational yet comprehensive practical workshop introducing participants to the world of Mediterranean herbs. The session covers essential sensory identification techniques, traditional and modern herbal uses, and the core principles of simple herbal preparations.
Participants engage in guided herb recognition, aroma and flavour evaluation, hands-on creation of basic herbal products, and structured botanical tasting exercises.
This workshop is designed to build confidence, deepen understanding, and provide a solid base for further learning in herbalism, natural wellness and experiential plant-based education.
